Roy Cohn (1927-1986) served as the chief council during the McCarthy hearings in 1954. He would later become the personal attorney for Donald Trump. He would introduce Trump to Rupert Murdoch in the 1970’s, which became critical to the future political success of President Trump. Mr. Cohn passed away in 1986 due to AIDS. He has reentered the public discourse due to his relationship with Donald Trump, with many crediting Trump’s political doctrine to the teachings of Roy Cohn.
