This work is complete in 4 volumes, with 11 fold-out maps. The printer released a revised and expanded version of the second edition in 1812, adding 5 additional maps (original second edition published 1801). A fifth volume, detailing the wartime history in Holland, was originally published in 1801, with a second edition in 1803.
