Octavo, 369pp. Green cloth, title in white on spine, illustration affixed to front cover. Stated “Published, September, 1909” on copyright page. Solid text block, faint wear to rear hinge, some rubbing to title on spine and front cover, a touch of foxing to top edge. Housed in a custom slipcase, possibly lacking the chemise. Signed by the author on front free endpaper, dated “Oct. 1914.”
